Straightforward hotel with lovely staff especially with the very friendly receptionist and great Wi-Fi. Clean and exceptionally nice room and a particularly good bathroom. Location close to the restaurant at Beauty Guesthouse, a quiet alley right in the backpacker/party area, and the centre of ho chi Minh.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley but still close to the vibrant nightlife. We loved the fact that the hotel had an Indian restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a delicious fusion menu. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the bustling street below. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The daily breakfast provided was a great start to our day, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the free drinking water and the availability of a computer and printer in the restaurant. this hotel had everything we needed for a memorable stay in the city.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially a Chinese-looking girl with glasses, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone from a taxi company. The room is clean with good facilities and complimentary bottled water. The hotel is centrally located, near the nightlife of Bui Vien Street and within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and other attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Amazing hospitality and great location. Ms Fong, the owner/manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near bars and restaurants, and even has a Punjabi restaurant right below. The room was clean and had a fridge, and the balcony was a nice bonus. I recently stayed at Kien Hotel for a few days during my trip to Vietnam. The location was perfect, situated just off the lively Bui Vien street but surprisingly quiet in the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and available 24/7, providing excellent service. I loved the complimentary cold water they provided daily, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location was perfect, right in the backpacker area but on a quiet alley. Enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa and had a great time trying out their variety of drinks at the bar. Conveniently located near the Fine Arts Museum and Ben Thanh Market. The friendly staff assisted me with currency exchange and airport transfers.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of not being allowed to bring my adorable pet unicorn with me. So disappointing.
